Basis of sale

An order made using the online order forms constitutes a commitment, on the customer's part, to purchase items subject to these terms and conditions. Acceptance of your order, by Cirencester Christmas Trees, shall occur when we confirm dispatch of the items, which will be conditional on receipt of full payment for the goods. This will form the basis of sale contract which is subject to the below terms and conditions.

Hence reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content on this site is strictly prohibited apart from use as a shopping resource.

Descriptions

Christmas trees, wreaths, holly and mistletoe are all natural products so the descriptions and photographs on the Cirencester Christmas Tree website are an example of the products that you will receive. Please expect variations in width, height, shape, size and colour. If you have particular requirements on the maximum width or height, ensure these are included in your online booking or that you come and visit us to select your own tree at Cirencester Christmas Trees in Tarlton.

Tree care

To ensure freshness, we at Cirencester Christmas Trees keep all of our trees and natural decorations outside. We advise all customers to position their tree in a cool room (or turn off radiators near it), and to make some fresh cuts in the base, so the tree can draw up water once it is in a stand (just like a cut flower). Once you take receipt of a Christmas Tree, Cirencester Christmas Trees accept no responsibility for the lifespan of the tree if the above guidelines are not adhered to.
