CHRISTMAS TREE & PERISHABLE GOODS (HOLLY, MISTLETOE & NATURAL WREATHS) DELIVERIES

Cirencester Christmas Trees offer a delivery to the door service, but do not erect Christmas trees inside the house.

Please provide a preferred delivery date and time for your order. Cirencester Christmas Trees will telephone to confirm this date or arrange another one.

Please include a ‘safe location’, where the tree can be left if If there is a location where the tree can be left safely should no-one be at home. Although we at Cirencester Christmas Trees can take no responsibility for theft or damage to trees after delivery.

Cirencester Christmas Trees reserve the right to cancel a delivery within 24hours of the scheduled time and date.

Local Delivery Service

Our local delivery rates apply to Cirencester, Tetbury, Stroud and the surrounding villages. In order to keep delivery prices low, the prices on the website are based on multiple delivery drops with other customers orders. 

If you require a delivery on a particular day, time or have a large tree or order, please be advised that the delivery price may be greater than those quoted on the website.   

Trees will be delivered in a net for their protection. Cirencester Christmas Trees suggest that you place the tree in your stand before you erect it.

Perishable goods (Christmas trees, holly, mistletoe and natural wreaths)

You can cancel an order prior to dispatch but for perishable goods, once delivery has been accepted Cirencester Christmas Trees can not offer a refund. Cirencester Christmas Trees will offer an exchange under the circumstances below.

Tree aesthetics

At Cirencester Christmas Trees, we pride ourselves in selling quality trees and natural decorations and selecting the best available for deliveries.

However, if you have a particular image of the shape and style of tree, and other natural decorations you require, we would recommend coming to, the Cirencester Christmas Trees premises in Tarlton and picking the tree yourself. We can then arrange deliver at a later date if it won’t fit in your vehicle.

At the point of delivery, if for any reason you are unhappy with the (aesthetics) shape and style of tree on delivery, Cirencester Christmas Trees can replace the tree but there will be a return carriage and subsequent delivery charge. The subsequent delivery will be on our next cycle of deliveries, not necessarily on that day.

Faults

If, you have adhered to the above tree care guidelines but there is a problem with your tree, please get in contact within 7 days to report a fault (these are very unusual but trees are natural items so problems can occur). It is recommended that you email or text any photographs so Cirencester Christmas Trees can identify the problem, and Cirencester Christmas Trees will organise a suitable alternative.

NON PERISHABLE ITEMS (LIGHTS, DECORATIONS)

Courier Delivery Service

For deliveries under 2kg’s Cirencester Christmas Trees use Royal Mail 1st class Signed For

For deliveries over 2kg’s Cirencester Christmas Trees use Parcelforce 24/48 service

Cirencester Christmas Trees will process an order, ready for dispatch within 48 hours, so if you want it for a particular date, please allow sufficient time for processing.

Deliveries will be schedule for weekdays.

‘Leave without signature’ instructions are at own risk. Otherwise it will go to the Parcel Force/Royal Mail depot for collection.

Please inform us of non-delivery within 4 working days of required date, and of any complaints within 4 days of delivery.

In accordance with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel/return your order within fourteen working days of the day following receipt of your order. Cirencester Christmas Trees requires notice of cancellation in writing to be e-mailed before this period expires, and at the earliest point possible.

Goods are to be returned in original packaging, unused and in saleable condition.

You are responsible for the cost of return carriage.

Cirencester Christmas Trees will offer a replacement or refund of your order within 72 hours of receipt of your goods in the condition described above.
